This project seeks to strengthen faculty preparation to address future needs within the food and agricultural sciences system at the baccalaureate degree-level by improving teaching competency specifically in the area of leadership. The grant is a collaborative effort between Oklahoma State University, University of Georgia-Athens, and Universtiy of Nebraska-Lincoln.
